We sometimes feel not seen or not heard. When this happens, it is easy to blame ‘them’ for not being sensitive or supportive.
But, most of the time, it is not realistic for us to expect someone else to pick up on AND interpret our emotions and needs.
Yep, go back and re-read that.
Yes, some in our world are empathic and highly sensitive, but not everyone. But everyone has things going on in their lives which, at times, can overwhelm them and cause them to totally miss what is happening in others.
So, what do we need to do?
It is our job to learn how to communicate our feelings and our needs.
That’s it.
Communicate.
All those things rolling inside of us? They need to get clarified, and they need to come out.
The weight of all the things left unsaid is chewing us up from the inside out, damaging our nervous system, body, and mental health.
Holding it all in also damages the expression of our soul in our life and in this world. Waiting for someone else to notice, or give permission, or approve, or fill a need, means that we’re just putting our life on hold.
As uncomfortable as it may be, our identity requires that we communicate our needs, including our emotional needs. ALL of our emotional needs. It is easy for us (me!) to focus on the expression of our sadness, anger, and grief. But wowser, just as important, if not even more so, is the expression of our joy, hopes, and dreams.
The energy is asking us to be more fully ourselves.

Details and process:
The scheduler at The Reiki Center closes for appointment bookings 24 hours prior to the appointment. Therefore, there are sometimes appointments available that are no longer visible on the scheduler. To book, reply to the email letting me know the time and type of session you would like to book. Session options:
Reiki with or without channeling; in-person or zoom
Integrated CranioSacral Therapy with or without channeling; in-person
Channeling; in-person or zoom
Guided Release; in-person
The following processes apply:
You are already a client of The Reiki Center and have a credit card on file.
You are able to commit to the session time. I cannot ‘hold/reserve’ sessions.
Reiki Center no-show / late cancellation fee policy remains applicable.
For appointments beyond the current to next day, please schedule through The Reiki Center website or call the center.
I will respond as quickly as possible to confirm the availability and booking. However, there are times when my phone is on airplane mode (e.g. during sessions), so please allow time for a response or call The Reiki Center.
