We go through cycles of transformation that include both deconstruction and reconstruction.
And then, just when things start to feel sort of stable again, we might start feeling some of those questions and releasing and opportunities coming up - just like we did before.
I used to wonder if I screwed it up and that was why something seemed to be shifting again. But no.
Change is sometimes like the onion. Sometimes a layer comes off quickly and we’re ready for deeper healing and change.
Change is sometimes like a series of doors. Sometimes we have to go through one door to get to the space that we can even see the next door. Door one opens the opportunity to become aware of the next door.
