Paint, draw, write, garden, cook, skydive, explore, sing, take that job, quit that job, ask that person out, end that relationship, sign up for class, join a group.
Whatever it is. If you hear a voice within you saying you can’t, and you want or need to do the thing, then do the thing.
Often, the biggest limitations that we have in life are our own limiting beliefs. Push back on those. Do the thing.
And watch those beliefs in you explode or crumble.
